At Rekensnap, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make returns simple and stress-free.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 90 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Used, damaged, or altered items not caused by shipping


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed


6. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the item and packaging
